1. Return Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date your order has been successfully delivered.
After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at luxuryelitefinds@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Once you notify us, we will provide you with return instructions and confirmation.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and with our original tags still attached.

All original packaging, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
Returns are accepted in the following cases for all customers:

You changed your mind within 14 days (Right of Withdrawal);

The item fails an authentication process conducted by a recognized entity;

The item you received differs substantially from the description or photos on our website.
Refunds for Klarna payments will be processed directly through Klarna’s system and reflected in your Klarna account once the return is approved.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email luxuryelitefinds@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation and return instructions.

5. Packaging and Return Shipping

Please pack your item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ensure that all tags remain attached.

The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approval.

Unless the return is due to an authentication problem or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns related to authentication issues, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are refundable only for approved authentication-related returns or order errors caused by us.
We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit, and we do not charge any restocking or processing fees.
Klarna customers will receive refunds directly to their Klarna account once the return is approved.
Klarna will adjust or cancel any remaining payments according to your Klarna payment schedule.
7. Non-returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or authenticity reasons (e.g., small leather goods, accessories, or items explicitly marked “Final Sale”).
Such designations will be clearly shown on the product page prior to checkout.
